Shipping Information:
We ship UPS, FedEx and USPS. We offer free shipping via USPS on orders over $75.00.(Free shipping offer is not valid outside the US or to APO/FPO addresses. Order must total $75.00 before shipping & handling)Some items such as shoes, coats, and some garments may incur a shipping fee even if it meets the $75 free shipping offer. Shipping quotes are estimates. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as needed. If there is a significant increase in the shipping from the price quoted online, we will contact you before adding any additional shipping charges.


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We personally inspect each and every order that is shipped to our customers to ensure that items are free of defects and damage. For this reason we have a minimum 3 business day processing period to ensure that your order is properly inspected and packaged before leaving Ke`Chic. Orders placed after 12pm est on Friday though Sunday begin processing on Mondays.
1. We DO NOT offer cash, credit, check, money order or paypal REFUNDS.
2. If we are unable to fullfil your original order at the time it is placed you will be given a full refund.
3. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
4. Refunds are issued in the form of store merchandise credit ONLY.
5. Returns and exchanges require prior authorization. Written requests can be sent to Returns@KeChic.com. Please use subject line "RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST" We will NOT accept or be held responsible for unauthorized returns.
6. Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
7. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping & insurance if you received free shipping.
8. If you return an item for exchange that is no longer in stock, you will receive store credit.
9. Claims for defective or damaged merchadise must be made within 3 days of receipt.
10. We reserve the right to adjust shipping/handling fees as needed.
11. No item that appears worn, has been torn, shows of dirt or make-up, damaged or stained, smells of smoke or perfume, original tags are missing or removed, missing original packaging, or has been washed or drycleaned will be accepted for return or exchange.
12. No returns or exchanges will be made on undergarments or intimate apparel including but not limited to hosiery, leggings, swim wear, lingerie or undergarments for health reasons.
13. Clearance and final sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.
14. Any claims due to carton damage or breakage must be made with the carrier directly.
15. The cost of re-shipping of merchandise for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
16. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours any order cancelled by the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
17. Backorders-if an item is out of stock when your original order is placed you will be notified and given the option of a refund or waiting for the order to return to stock.
18. Special order, custom made and customized merchandise can not be returned or exchanged.
19. Formal wear can not be returned. Under our discretion it may be exchanged for the identical item. (ie. wrong size)

All payments made by personal checks and money orders will be held by our bank until the payment clears. This may add 5-7 days on to your processing time. Orders will not be shipped until your payment fully clears our bank.

Order processing generally takes 3-5 business days to complete your order. Orders placed after 12pm est on Friday through Sunday begin processing on Mondays. Please be advised that requesting next day air, express delivery etc, does not shorten the order processing time. It only shortens the delivery time from the day your order leaves our shipping facilities.
Ke`Chic at our discretion will ship internationally via UPS or USPS only. We only accept PayPal verified accounts for international payment. The PayPal service charge of 4% will be added on to all international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If your order consists of shoes and clothing, on occassion your shoes may arrive seperately from your clothing order. You will not be charged extra for the additional shipment.
